I've been a loyal customer at this place for roughly 2 years now. My preferred massage never fails to deliver. I introduced my mother and brother to this spot, and we've been regulars ever since. The masseuse always knows precisely where my problem areas are and applies the perfect amount of pressure. It's puzzling why there are negative reviews. In my observation, some customers arrive late and expect special treatment despite the tight schedule the place maintains. Well, everyone's experience is different.

I usually would get my massage done in JB, for the obvious reason. However, I am just too tired at times to think about going all the way there for just a massage. I recently discovered a gem near home! Balancez U (Kampung Admiralty outlet) is only 7-mins walk from my home. Highly recommend Andy if you are someone like me, who prefers a strong massage. Other therapists like Ah Kiong, Tina and Kak Ros give excellent massages as well! I usually go on a weekday for a quieter experience. It can get a little noisy during the weekends especially if there is an event happening at Kampung Admiralty. Do consider signing up as member to enjoy the massages at a lower price.

Best one in Woodlands. Been going here for a year, never disappoint. Recently had frozen shoulder, cldnt lift up my hand at all. Kak Ros massaged all the knots out in no time. Sign up as member to get better value.
