Kenneth Lim Jian Hua is a pro active and responsible assets of NTC, he resolve the daily issues with all of his heart and making sure users are being well taken care of in terms of IT security and processing speeds with their desktops/laptops. He would also voluntarily extend out of his job scope to ensure cleanliness of the users’ company issued working desktops and laptops by wiping and cleaning the keyboards. He is an excellent problem solver and a great support all the departments of my company. Kenneth makes sure the user problem is resolved immediately and would stay back out of his working hours to help. Kenneth does volunteer to create manual guides for user’s convenience when it comes to installation of new softwares and programs without being tasked to do so. He is the best IT support teammate I would ask for, having him on our IT support team was the best decision my company made. Really appreciative of such awesome team spirit and selflessness of Kenneth.
