The team from Zi Fa Solutions were professional in working with us to arrive at a helper suitable for our household. They were patient in arranging the virtual interviews and answering our questions along the way. What struck us most was when we had initially decided on helper A, they made the effort to highlight that this helper actually had a history of short stints with recent employers. We were grateful for the honesty and extra level of checks done with MOM by the team and eventually settled on helper B (our current helper). We were also grateful that they provided transfer service and brought helper B to our house to officially handover, as it would have been challenging for us to bring our 3 kids along to settle the administrative procedures and fetching helper B home.

Swiftly, his company provides repatriate service too for my previous helper whom finished her contract. We then took a trsfr helper whom at 1st was good till ard 8mths that she had a chge of mindset. We had to get another trsfr helper as soonest, & Mr Fareed once agn assist us on rectifying the problem. Recomended us to a much reliable & respectable FDW.
