This is the second time I enquired about helpers from JL and finally engaged one. Agent, Cathy’s work attitude is excellent! She’s really patient and polite! I’m quite fussy about engaging helpers and I actually asked for many biodata data to review and interview. Cathy was not upset or showed any displeasure throughout! She’s always understanding and willing to help. Most importantly she’s assuring! She told me that any problems, just text her and she would help me! Her attitude in the service line is something that most can learn from!
