TLDR: I highly recommend based on my experience so far. Attended by Coco, a helpful and efficient staff. JL Recruitment was recommended by a friend and I checked Google reviews before deciding to visit their outlet at bishan. Was attended to by Coco and had an interactive session where my wife and I could view potential helpers profiles and interview helpers that caught our eye if they were available. Even though we had our eye on one helper, Coco took the effort to send us more profiles based on what we preferred and tried her best to match us with a good helper. She also gave good advise to us as first time employers. The lady that sat next to her (didn't ask her name) also was helpful by sharing her advise. After we confirmed the helper that we wanted, the rest of the process was efficient and we were informed throughout the process what stage we were at. It was a stress free experience as she constantly updated us and we knew what was happening all the time. When at the agency, Coco made sure all the details were correct and that all questions were answered. Making sure I and my new helper understood everything before I left.
