Eden Grace has been a great help to us! Alice was responsive and on the ball from the start, very efficient and helpful in arranging for interviews with us. Very appreciative of the guidance we got from Alice too! After confirming our helper, the agency also made the administrative tasks a smooth & easy process throughout. Dave also gave us an insightful onboarding session before we fetched our helper home. Would highly recommend Eden Grace for anyone who is looking for a helper.

Quick communication. Got a helper from Indonesia and they tried to speed things up for me due to urgent need. After handover still replying promptly.

Grateful for agent Yvonne for prompt help! She was with us for all shortlisted helpers' interview, and is always prompt and give ample heads-up! We are really satisfied with Eden Grace's services, this being our 2nd time to engage after our last helper's contract ended.
