Mr Lau came within 15 mins of the call - very grateful for his efficiency. The cost was transparent from the start. The atmosphere was tense because I was super cross with my child for locking the bedroom door, but Mr Lau was cheerful and fixed the issue quickly, bringing the smiles back on our faces. He also gave us some tips on how to keep our lock lubricated - given that we seldom use the key to unlock doors. When he left, our child said thank you to him, probably out of relief that she’s out of trouble now. Thank you!

Contacted SJL in the evening because I accidentally locked myself out of the house. Lewis arrived quickly (within half an hour) and was very professional in his services. He also made sure I got my keys and checked the locks before he left. Would recommend! Rates are quite reasonable as well :)
