Excellent service by Kherold. Previously has our house key duplicated at this outlet by another staff but it didn't work. Kherold cut a new key for us for free to make up for the defective key When it didn't fit smoothly in the lock, he took extra time to adjust till it fits perfectly.

Came for an emergency shoe repair. They said i could come collect it within 30mins. Also, they were thorough enough to ask for my good side of the shoe (only 1 of them had issues initially). And they found that the other side is probably gonna spoil soon too.

Urgently need to duplicate door keys for my house. Went to the shop and the guy was busy. He stopped mending the shoes and walked over. I told him i need it urgently and he did it on the spot for me. A $4 well spent for the key and its works well. Will go to the shop again.
