Staff very patient. The key access card is hit and miss - not just KEY SHOE but all the other shops. The staff is very patient when the let access does not work. Offer key replacement no question asked or need to show receipts.
Very experienced. I would recommend fixing shoes and duplicating keys.
I did a remote control key duplication at $35. Reasonable price!
