First Locks

Our safe box was locked and our valuables were inside. We called First Locks and he was fast and efficient assess the situation based on the photo we provided him with. Gave us a quote with no hidden charges and he sent a technician to our house within a short period of time. Technician Mr Roy was punctual and handled the job very well. He explained to us about what was blocking the safe from opening and opened the safe for us. Very efficient and prompt service and would definitely reach out to them without hesitation in case of emergency like this.

I had a very amazing positive experience with First Locks. I needed 2 bathroom door locks totally replaced, and 3 bedroom lock barrels installed on existing doors. I did not feel comfortable with my local neighbourhood lock smith to do this 'larger job' so I spoke to Jenny from First Locks who did the booking for the locksmith Joseph. The service and communication was super smooth. Joseph was super friendly, professional and did a great job on my locks. AAA+ experience to a great team!

Very very prompt service. Misplaced bicycle lock keys. They managed to unlock without cutting. Great timing affordable pricing. Definitely Will recommend and use their service again if needed.
