Fantastic service! Chanced upon them online when I was pondering over digital locks then I saw their website and had Mul-T Lock which was one of my top choices. Magdeline attended to my calls and queries patiently and was not pushy. Stephen who came to install the lock was super fast with the installation and is also super friendly. He even gave me very useful tips about some dos and don't and made effort to demonstrate and explain clearly plus testing to make sure all the keys worked before he left.. and even reminded me to be extra careful to look outside before stepping out of home since I'm on a corner unit.

The only lock shop I go to... Fantastic service, especially the super friendly and positively memorable boss cum installer, Stephen.
