Very pleasant experience everytime we go there! The service crews were friendly and helpful. One of the service crews, Jerome, helped us a lot --- answering our questions patiently; helping us change soil; explaining the problems of our plants; reminding us the steps to take care properly. Professional and excellent crew worker.

Staff was friendly and nice! I requested photos of my new plants when it’s repotted. They sent me immediately when it’s done. The experience has been amazing even for the delivery of the plants. Will come back again. I'm a happy customer!

So many kinds of succulents. I just shopped a watering bottle. The shop manager is so friendly and caring detailed needs from customer. A wonderful customer experience!!
