Jang San Korean Restaurant

Lovely place! Have never tried jokbal before and didn’t understand why they like to order this in k dramas and variety shows. Saw this on social media and decided to give it a try. And no regrets! Stepping into the restaurant feels like you are teleported to korea! Got the jokbal set and everything (including soup, bibim noodles and sides) were very nice! Got seafood pancake as ‘service’ and their strategy worked, coz next time i will definitely be ordering that. The pancake was a work of art, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It doesn’t feel heavy like the usual seafood pancakes we had.

I always come for the pork trotters here. It’s the QQ skin with good bite, thick slices. Got the Jokbal Medium Set which comes with noodles and soup too, not stingy at all when it comes to the portion. Could easily feed 3-4pax.

Fantastic korean food!! Best in the area for sure. Their bbq meats are great for two, beef and pork. Kimchi pancake is tasty as well. They accept reservations so please make one to avoid disappointment! Staff is extremely kind and friendly. They’re always on the lookout if you need more banchan. And their banchan is great too.
