Me and my friend visited on the 8th Nov at around 10:45am and the juicer was broken. The female staff there was very nice and accommodating and handled the situation very well. We had a very pleasant experience with her despite the broken juicer and the drinks still tasted great :)
They tend to have long queues but it's worth the wait unlike other outlet (nearer to my place) from Boost which their queue are short but I'm not satisfied with their juice. I see that the Tampines 1 team really follow their recipe closely and I've never been disappointed. Keep it up!
LOVE their shake! Also after I spilled the drink, they offered to make a new one for free. Really appreciate their kind gesture.
