TAMPINES ROUND MARKET & FOOD CENTRE REVIEWS
Tampines Round Market and Food Centre is fast becoming one of our favourite hawker joints. Here, you’ll be able to dive into all that Singapore’s hawker food scene has to offer. We had previously visited Tampines Round Market during our Singapore Travel Series at Tampines. This time, we checked out a very particular type of carrot cake, a typical Singaporean breakfast porridge as well as more pork rib (soft bones) noodles! We really think that Tampines Round Market has one of the best (and affordable) pork rib noodles in Singapore…
Came here to eat at Hai Chang Fish Head Steamboat. The wait is usually long on weekends and shorter on weekday evenings. Their soup is tasty and I particularly love their dishes including their eggs and vegetables though their chicken is also good. The price is more reasonable as compared to other fish head steamboat.
4 stars for food variety - it is a good sized hakwer centre but there were repetitive stores. So many porkrib chicken feet noodles, wanton mee and carrot cake stores.

HAWKER CENTRE REVIEWS
Found a very yummy fried yong tau foo stall in Tampines Hub. The fried items have a nice savoury taste and I like it very much and will definitely come back and eat again. The aunty at the stall used her heart to do up her dishes. Although it took a while for the food to be ready ( she is the only one doing everything), it is worth the wait.
Hidden gem at Tampines Hub Hawker Centre … this “Munchi Pancakes” is really worth queuing for. They have perfected the traditional pancake also known as “Min Jiang Kueh” (Apam Balik) with new unique flavors. Tasty and moist and not overly sweet. If you pay via the “Fairprice Mobile App”, you get a 10% off the bill.
There is a new delicious Nasi Lemak, they have 4 nasi lemak set to choose from and you can choose your vegetable choice. The butterfly pea rice really very fragrance and chilli very nice, you should try.

HAWKER CENTRE 201 REVIEWS
Ordered kopi gao siew dai. Very strong coffee taste. I like. Surprisingly crowded here at around 4.30pm on a Monday. The arrangement of tables is like school canteen - rectangular tables joined together. Round tables form the perimeter. There’s a giant fan and many smaller fans around, very cooling.
Teochew Fish Soup is a must eat here. Prices starts from $6 onwards depends on the type of fish you choose. Add $1.00 for a variety of sides as well. Just beside, the Roasted Delight is also a must eat. The Roast Pork and Char Siew is well cooked and portion are also generous. Pair it with the Fish Soup, it will gives you a well deserved and satisfying lunch.
I think the fish soup stall is worth mentioning. Although price is slightly on the high side, the fish are fresh and soup has the umami taste. Worth eating it.
