Very good service at the Tampines mall branch. Walked into the store and was greeted by Tracy Chan. She was helpful, friendly. Was not pushy in getting her sale through. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Was very clear in her explanations of products & prices. I had very good experience in the store.

Was looking for the presents for family... the sales associate Vincent is very friendly, helpful and patient! Even though the design I was looking for currently no stocks and it’s also not high value but he made the effort to find other similar with good promo. Thanks for the excellent and comfortable service.
