From my observation, she has the patience, sincere in advising customers, helpful and does not do hard selling and a very knowledgeable staff who knows her stuff well. Excellent service and commendable performance even though no purchase was made at that time. Based on her recommendation, bought 5 rings altogether for myself and my other 2 sisters during my last visit, 2 months ago. Very happy with the purchase. Her taste in jewellery is excellent. I went to Poh Heng with my elderly mum. We were served by Lee. He was very patient with us. My mum took a long time to decide and Lee was patient and kind. He listened carefully to what we wanted. Made useful recommendations and showed us many items to choose from. He even carefully evaluated what we wanted to trade in and wrote neat and precise details about each item for our reference.
