Visited Poh Heng Hougang branch and was assisted by Mr Junior Hee. Junior is very patient and helpful in helping to locate the right sizing as well as in giving advice. All interactions with him had been fuss free and pleasant. All staff at Hougang branch are pleasant and they exhibit great teamwork!! Will definitely visit Hougang branch and look for Junior for my future purchases.

This is my first time buying from Poh Heng and am truly glad that it is a pleasant experience. Mr Junior Hee is very patient and friendly. I didn't buy immediately the first time I patronized the shop but he was not pushy at all and respected that I needed time to consider. Because of his patient introduction, it left a good impression and I made my purchase from him the second time I visited. Will definitely come back again!

Best place that i like to shop for my jewellery. Got the best service from Shirley Ng @ hougang mall branch. She is always on the top service to all customers. If she is busy w others she will still very attentive to you w/o making you waiting and asked her other colleagues to serve you immediately. Nvr a selfish lady w/o sharing. Recent bought a bangle n was serve by Junior who is a very humble young man n also w prefect customer service. Highly recommend to Poh Heng jewellery @ Hougang mall. Thumb up. - Emily S
