Visited Poh Heng Hougang branch and was assisted by Mr Junior Hee. Junior is very patient and helpful in helping to locate the right sizing as well as in giving advice. All interactions with him had been fuss free and pleasant. All staff at Hougang branch are pleasant and they exhibit great teamwork!! Will definitely visit Hougang branch and look for Junior for my future purchases.

I had been buying gold jewellery from Poh Heng for almost 30 years, I find that the design was unique & staff was knowledgeable & friendly. Last Saturday I went to Hougang Mall branch was served by Junior, he shared with me his knowledge on gold, he was friendly & patience. Very good service for Junior & Shirley. I hope Poh Heng will continue to create more unique designs on gold jewellery & maintain good service.

Best place that i like to shop for my jewellery. Got the best service from Shirley Ng @ hougang mall branch. She is always on the top service to all customers. If she is busy w others she will still very attentive to you w/o making you waiting and asked her other colleagues to serve you immediately. Nvr a selfish lady w/o sharing. Recent bought a bangle n was serve by Junior who is a very humble young man n also w prefect customer service. Highly recommend to Poh Heng jewellery @ Hougang mall. Thumb up. - Emily

Because of Junior Hee helpful and patient attitude I then went back to him to make a purchase. He was not pushy at all .
