We went for the ear piercing service for our 6yo daughter and the ladies in the shop were so patient and professional! Both of them checked the marker dots very thoroughly to ensure the piercing will be in the middle of the earlobe and even ensured that they pierced at the same time so that it's just painful for that same moment. They also reminded us how to care for the piercings after that too. Kudos for making this experience for my daughter a great one.
