The store was clean and tidy, my family brought my niece out to get her ears pierced. Anusha was very nice, patient and polite to her customers (I saw her serving another person earlier). She showed us the piercing station and we waited for my 9 YO niece to figure out which stud she likes. As my niece was only 9, She went and got her colleague to do the piercing together. BIL also took a video of the process, staff didn’t mind at all. She explained the aftercare properly, so until now, there isn’t any infection. Aftercare was easy, there was no fuss, great experience, and staffs are working hard! Thank you.

Went to Lovisa PP in Oct 2020 for lobe piercing. Staff was very friendly and professional, finished my piercing in 5 mins! Aftercare was explained thoroughly and they had good sterile practices (I'm a nurse). Worth it to pierce both lobes for $35 inclusive of the studex earstud & aftercare solution. Definitely recommend!

Thank you Mariane and colleague (Parkway Parade) for being so calm and patient with my 5 year old daughter when she had her ears pierced. No tears, no fuss, no problem. Mariane was respectfully talking to my kid about the choices of earrings and allowed her to take her time. Thank you for that, it was a lovely experience.
