Poh Heng Jewellery

My parents and I were served my Grace and her services were superb. This is not the first time we were served by Grace, and in fact I deliberately look for her each time I visit Poh Heng (and I visit only this particular branch). Grace was polite and pleasant but what stood out and made me return time and again whenever I want to buy jewellery for my parents were Grace’s services - she knows my parents’ likes and dislikes and she’s able to properly recommend pieces and designs of different kind. Highly recommend anyone who wants to buy jewellery to visit this branch and look for Grace - you will not be disappointed.

Grace is someone who won’t hard sell. She is patience in explaining what is suitable what is not. Like her service very much! I would also like to thank Craig from the customer service for transferring the item I wanted from e commerce team. Appreciate that Poh Heng staff worked as a team to help their customers. Poh Heng has always been a brand which my husband and I went to. We got our first wedding band because of its established reputation. I met Grace Lee at parkway parade branch few years ago and I always look for her each time I wanted to buy accessories. She is very friendly and helpful. In addition, I appreciated her honest advice.
