One the best shopping experiences. We analysed a local jewellery and the most famous singapore jewellery shop plus GRT. The criteria we had were designs, cost per gram of gold and making charges. All criteria were good in GRT. We were tourists from chennai and they also adviced about the maximum purchase limit. The customer experience was smooth due to friendly employees. Especially, Mrs.Elizabeth who was in Oriana section that day is the best. We purchased 2 gold ear rings.

One of the best indian jewellers in singapore . Making charges are quite low compared to the others and they do have monthly payment plans . Am a regular at GRT and pretty much most of the staff know me . The manger and staff are lovely and look after the customers quite well . Am glad that GRT offers considerably less on craftsmanship charges which makes a lot more sense as the gold prices has been soaring up , so.if the making charges are also high it becomes almost impossible to own a nice piece of jewellery. They have a lot of new designs when it comes to gold ornaments like necklaces, nexksets , bracelets , chains , bangles etc.etc . I would highly recommend GRT to anyone in SG looking out to buy Gold jewelry.

I recently visited this jewellery shop in Singapore and made a purchase, but I was disappointed with the attitude of some staff members. The communication was poor, and we did not feel respected as customers, especially during the discount discussion and at the cashier counter. The issue was not about the discount amount, but about customer service and basic courtesy.
