I want to thank Kayden Kim(KK) for his amazing service! He went above and beyond to slowly explain everything about the Pixie ring I bought yesterday. His patience and attention to detail really stood out, and I truly appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything. Excellent service and a great experience overall! Will definitely recommend friends and family to buy from him. Good Job.
I had an excellent experience with Ms Candy at Arthesdam Gold, Shop 123. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the different gold pieces. She took the time to explain the purity, weight, and price clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable with my purchase. Her service was warm, sincere, and professional throughout. Thank you, Ms Candy, for the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
Had a wonderful experience at Arthesdam with Fernel. Her service, care and attention to my Mom and I was very good. We purchased our item with full satisfaction & are happy with the item. Will return again & would definitely recommend Arthesdam to friends.
