Excellent. My wife ring got stuck. Call and a very polite gentleman promptly replied they can help. Without no issues the ring was cut and problem solved. Can't remember his name (sorry) but a pleasant lady, Farhana was with him. An elderly Chinese salesman even give some balm for the slight sore. Thank you Golden Chance.
