Small humble Japanese izakaya and bar located in the heartlands of Kovan. Highly recommend the salmon sashimi, pork belly and leek skewer, and cheese mentaiko scallop. Food portion were generous for the price and ingredients were fresh. Overall, would definitely recommend to a friend. Make sure to reserve before heading down as seats are limited.
Just about everything here tasted good - the service was friendly and efficient, with the confidence that can only grow out of 8 years of constant, busy service. They know what they are doing, and the kitchen crew certainly did - producing one great tasting dish after another.
Great stuff and price was so good - I really loved everything. Not a lot of seats but it’s cosy and perfect - I’m jealous of the Kovan residents who have this in their neighbourhood lol.
