we are so lucky to have met Mai to see us through our first home and first renovation experience and what a joy it has been from start to finish! working with Mai has really been like working with a friend - ever receptive to our ideas and always responsive. above all, she stuck to the timeline so well (and in fact our renovation ended even before our expected date!) we now have a home that has surpassed all our expectations and we would recommend Mai to all our friends and family in a heartbeat. thank you again Tidplus and Mai for such a smooth experience. Although an expert in his field, CK did not force his ideas or suggestions on us and instead took the time to see things from our perspective to better understand our lifestyle needs. We had a tight timeline but the renovation was completed in time due to his excellent project management skills. He was always on top of his work and provided timely updates even before we asked. Despite facing multiple challenges along the way due to the complex nature of resale flats, CK was always composed and had solutions to every problem. Any issues raised by us will be dealt with by him/his workers asap. Knowing there is someone on the ground that we can rely on to ensure the renovation works goes as planned gives us a peace of mind. Recently completed our home renovation with Tidplus Design (Serangoon North). No renovation works will be perfect without a dedicated and committed staff. We are very thankful to have Jie Long supporting this project. The theme, design, aesthetics and little details of the home is very well thought through. Hence we want to take this opportunity to compliment his efforts while working with us. His eye for detail and being very meticulous in many aspects, gave us confidence along the way. We are very pleased to have him onboard and he attended to us over f2f, phone conversations and texts without much delay. While there were hiccups along the way with the carpentry team that didn't meet our expectations, Jie Long was present to support us throughout and resolved the issues eventually. Tidplus has acquired a very good and accountable staff and we only have praises for him throughout this journey, there were moments of high tension as the carpentry team did not deliver as what we were expecting, some inconsistencies and detailing issues to be sorted out. Jie Long remained calmed and professional throughout the process. Jie Long is a highly responsible and well mannered gentleman and we strongly recommend him if anyone is keen to approach Tidplus for your home or renovation projects.
