My family and I were lucky to have CK assigned as our ID to manage the renovation of our kitchen, common bathroom and service yard. As it was my first time undergoing a renovation process, having CK in the journey was a blessing. Although an expert in his field, CK did not force his ideas or suggestions on us and instead took the time to see things from our perspective to better understand our lifestyle needs. We had a tight timeline but the renovation was completed in time due to his excellent project management skills. He was always on top of his work and provided timely updates even before we asked. Despite facing multiple challenges along the way due to the complex nature of resale flats, CK was always composed and had solutions to every problem. Any issues raised by us will be dealt with by him/his workers asap. Knowing there is someone on the ground that we can rely on to ensure the renovation works goes as planned gives us a peace of mind.
