As first time home owners, we were very grateful to have Javihn Tay to guide and work with to build our home. In the initial phase, Javihn was prepared for the meeting. On our first meeting, he had looked through the ideas and layout we provided beforehand and were able to give us very constructive feedback to work within our budget, functionality and also keeping the design essential. During the construction phase, Javihn was very efficient in managing his team of different professionals in completing the project and smoothly met our pretty tight deadline. He was very responsive to our queries and also listened and reviewed his project plans to suit our preferences. After the handover, Javihn was also very quick to help fix additional defects. All in all, we love how our house turned out! Not only was the design better than we imagined it to be, it was also functional. Thank you Javihn & team for creating our first home.

Kevin was a great interior designer to myself and my mum. Guided us along the way and even aftersales support was brilliant. Rectifications are fast and quick, very fuss free process. Even though there were some changes along the way, he was still very helpful in the process. What's more, his designs are really nice and suited very well to our wants and needs.

I write to express my great satisfaction with the Local INN.terior, and in particular of Alvin Ho. We were really on a tight schedule, and had almost zero experience in doing this. Alvin gave pragmatic advice along every step of the way, and our home was designed exactly as we have envisioned it. Most of all - he did his very best in adhering to our last minute changes. The end product: It is now truly a home - one that we are totally comfortable in staying. Thank you Alvin.
