Had a very pleasant experience working with Joanne on the renovation of my place. For a novice like me, Joanne’s experience and advice are extremely helpful and she is very professional, and always on top of the progress of the renovation. Really a very big help to me and I am very grateful for her assistance on creating my dream house. Thanks Joanne for everything once again.

Right from the start, Niko has been really patient and very opened to our ideas and suggestions. She tried her best to incorporate our needs and wants and coordinated her suppliers and our vendors so work could take place seamlessly. Even her carpenters, electricians and painters paid attention to details and catered to our wants. The final result- a very beautiful and put together design that fulfilled our definition of a dream home- simple and minimalist (without breaking the bank!). Would recommend Niko to anyone looking for an honest, patient and friendly ID.
