We chose to work with Li Chien from 9 Creation on our house renovations because we found that she was attentive to our initial brief, respectful of our ideas and preferences, responsive, and gave helpful practical advice. She was systematic in her approach, and provided us clarity on the timeline, costings and expectations. She was efficient in her time management and successfully handed over earlier than planned. Brandon was a responsible and reliable designer who tried his best to meet our requests. Brandon took in our inputs after the first draft and came back with a much nicer set of design. The drafts were close to reality. He was attentive to the details too. He was knowledgeable in interior designs and other technical aspect. He would immediately rectify issues whenever we visited the site. Carpentry workmanship was very good. Carpenters were able to work fast to deliver within a short timeframe. They even gave ideas and make adjustment after taking in our requirements. The team took time and effort to customize designs to fit the theme. Our family was very pleased with the outcome and able to live in comfortably in our new home. We strongly recommend Brandon to design and manage your interior designing needs.

Li Chien was my ID and it had been a really pleasant and smooth renovation journey for me, much thanks to her assistance along the way. I had a particular theme in mind in renovating my kitchen and bathrooms, and Li Chien understood exactly what I wanted after a discussion and most importantly, was able to give very helpful suggestions whenever I needed them. All in all, I'm very happy with the outcome. She has been very professional, patient and hardworking, always willing to go the extra mile when I wanted to make minor changes, and the whole project finished ahead of the expected schedule as well. I would highly recommend 9 Creation, and if you do engage their services, do look for Li Chien! :D
