Richard was the best! Respectful of our decisions but gave his suggestions where needed without exceeding our budget. Replied promptly, and was with us every step of the way, so we never felt lost. His customer service goes way beyond just being an ID. It's our first time renovating our home and he made the whole journey very easy and most importantly stress-free! And of course, his results were beautiful.
