We engaged Kenny as our ID. He was able to understand our theme and vibes. The quotation that he gave us was reasonable compared with others. During our discussion, he gave us insights of the materials to be used for the renovation.Once we collected the house keys, he came down to take measurements. The renovation process was very smooth. We had gone to 7 different Interior Design companies, and Lincoln and Kenny from G'plan Design was the only ones who were willing to listen to our design ideas instead of forcing their ideas on us, and also gave us valuable input on how to proceed with our renovation without breaking our budget. They gave us both the best quote and also had the ability to work well with us, so it was a smooth journey from our first meeting with them to them handing over our flat to us! And even after that, they have unparalleled after-sales service, answering our every query and were happy to help touch things up if we found anything that we overlooked when inspecting our flat during the hand over. I have engaged Terence from G'Plan Design at IMM for my mother's house. A very reliable and friendly ID who is easy to work with. He listens well to our needs and give inputs and ideas to ensure our design turns out well. He is very on time with his scheduling yet at the same time provided us with meticulous work.
