Good and pleasant experience with Edgeline Planners. We engaged Irene Ho as our ID and she did an excellent job in executing and handling everything. Our designer is trustworthy and reliable. She grasped the design concept we were going for and came up with a proposal that we really liked. Outcome turned out to be better than we expected with good quality workmanship. Longer wait due to festive periods but the wait was worth it.

A friend recommended Edgeline for the renovation of my new house. I got Sako as my main ID. He was very attentive, responsive and always tried to accommodate my requests yet at the same time reminding me if my idea would result in unintended results. I really like the TV wall he designed for me. Knowing my preference, he went extra mile to find the desired special laminate to achieve the result I wanted. Sako was also the project manager throughout the renovation process. With his attention to detail, I was able to put my mind at ease when I had to work throughout the renovation period. Edgeline was not cheap, but their quality was quite good, and if there had been any mistake, they were honest about it and made up for it. My project was completed exactly on time for delivery. Sako is such a humble and devoted professional that I had to keep reminding him to have a sip of water when he was working on site. Overall it was a pleasure working with Sako and I would recommend Edgeline to anyone looking for an ID.

We engaged Irene Ho who is recommended by a friend for our renovation. We were very impressed by the quality and workmanship. Even though her quote is most expensive compared to the other two renovation companies that we shortlisted, it was the correct choice indeed. This is not our first renovation and it so much different from our first renovation we did 10 years ago. In our first renovation 10 years ago, we tell her what we want the ID let us decide what we want and the design turn out a mess. With Irene, she just presented what she think best which really suit our taste. To be honest there is really a big difference between choosing a designer versus a contractor. At that time, we just want the cheapest and in end, many things stop working after a few years. We learn it the hard way, penny wise, pound foolish, we pay what you will get what. There is no free lunch
