Jevon made the entire renovation process smooth and worry free from the beginning. He provided prompt updates on the progress and was transparent whenever something didn’t go as planned, which gave us confidence that everything was in good hands. We shared our vision and ideas for the house, and Jevon was able to elevate them with his experience and attention to detail. He offered practical suggestions that enhanced both the design and functionality of our space, while still keeping true to what we wanted. Communication was always clear and timely, and he ensured that any follow-ups or adjustments were handled efficiently. Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable experience working with Jevon, and we’re really happy with how our home turned out.

We chose Rachel as the designer as she seems to understand the design style we were looking for the most and true enough, delivered it according to the design mockup that lived up to our expectations. There was nothing much to complain about the result as the workmanship is also very good and sturdy. Although there was some miscomm during the process, problems were eventually resolved. Response to touch up requests were prompt too.

Engaged Flo Design for our 1st house many years back. I did not even waste time to look for others Interior Company, that is how satisfied I am with Flo Design. I have heard many poor reviews of other ID firms and am glad I do not need to handle such worries. Reno is never a simple process and not a small sum of money, my advice is don't just select low costs ID firms and end up with poor service, quality and follow-up. Flo Design is definitely someone you can trust. Jevon provide timely updates and follow-up upon our feedback on action items. He is patient and always around when we need him. I am happy with our new place!
