I would like to post an appreciation for Jason Koh our project manager and Ivan Yang whom we have engaged. We have sourced from a few IDs and finally decided on Yang’s Inspiration Design because of their competitive quote and knowledge demonstrated by Ivan. Ivan was not hesitant to show us around his completed project to reassure us as one of our main concerns was the workmanship of carpentry works. Jason was the one handling our project. He is a very reliable, responsive guy and set the expectation right from day one regarding of his working style to prevent future conflicts. Along the way he gives his valuable insights and opinion on the works to be done to compliment our ideas. Any rectifications needed will be resolved as soon as possible as promised. The handover timeline was met perfectly as our request to him was to move in before the hungry ghost festival. I would highly recommend them if you are looking an ID who is value for money and quality workmanship! Cheers!!

We engaged Jason Koh as our ID pretty early on, in Nov 2022. Got our keys in Feb 2023, and Reno was complete in Aug 2023. Our house theme is “scan-dustrial” (scandi-industrial), which is quite a unique concept, and thankfully Jason pulled it off magnificently! (I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.) all my friends who have visited for housewarming have sung praises about the home and the super cozy vibes. Jason is a very responsible ID, who truly cares for his customers. He still responds to all our texts, queries and feedback even after the project is over. Engaged Tricia as our ID as we are both busy with our work. As we often hear horror stories about IDs, we are quite amazed by Tricia’s responsiveness. What gave us a peace of mind about the process is her professionalism, patience, and how passionate she is with helping to create a comfortable home for her clients. Her bubbly personality and thoughtfulness is an added feature which gave us more comfort in the entire journey.
