We got to know of Lyee Ann from Ciseern through my wife colleagues’ recommendation. She is one of the five IDs whom we have consulted. The final decision to choose her as our ID mainly because she understood our requirements (& demand). We were very pleased with her proposal and the 3D drawing is very close to the actual products. She is very responsive, reliable, and professional. She offers good suggestion, even to the minor details to the decoration. She responded promptly to our questions. She treated our project like her own house, making sure the quality of work is there. She is strict with her timeline to ensure timely delivery of our cozy home. We are very happy working with her and will recommend her.

Our ID is Ray Chua. This is our second time employing his services. We were happy with him, and the carpentry works done in our previous place. Hence, we decided he shall be our ID again for our new place. Ray has great teams of workers. He is reliable and deliver what we want. He is accountable and make sure his workers keep to schedule even when he’s on leave or overseas. We are at ease of mind, knowing that he will do what he can to accommodate our budget and moving schedule. A picture speaks a thousand words. Had the opportunity to work with Cindy from Ciseern on the design and renovation for my new place. Everything was planned as scheduled, as she gave timely updates and advice on how to design the place to suit the theme we wanted. She also got us several good deals on the fans, lightings and toilet accessories. Overall, it was a good experience we had with her and the after sales service is excellent too, as she follows up with the touch up works even after full payment has been made. Would recommend Cindy for a fuss-free renovation experience.
