He was able to accommodate us with our requests, while giving his own expert suggestions. Everything went smoothly, and the whole renovation was completed way before deadline. It was a smooth process from the start to end and also during the post Reno period. We were very lucky to have Nicky Chiang in our first Reno journey. He is very honest, upfront on the choices we make and advice accordingly, most importantly he is very responsive, the speed of response is 5/5! Even post Reno period, he will reply and get back to us and ensure the job is fixed. To communicate with him was very easy, nicky is an approachable person which makes our Reno journey easy and smooth one. I would honestly recommend him to all other new homeowners.
