Stayed here as a family of 4 in the garden terrace room and it was fabulous. The hotel is its own oasis in the city. The room, the hotel grounds, kids club, splash / water park, gym, all of it was impeccable and I would recommend anyone stay here if you have a few days in this city, especially with small kids.
Amazing care was given to us by the hotel staff. Service quality was first class and the room + amenities was absolutely fantastic. Its no wonder that this hotel continues to be voted as one of the top hotels of the world!
It's been a wonderful stay. Room was spacious and amenities were great. Cleaned daily and I haven't had better service anywhere else. Staff were all smiles and very helpful and friendly.
