Momentus Hotel Alexandra

We stayed in the Executive Suite, and overall, the experience was fantastic. The room is clean and spacious. However, the air conditioning in the room was a bit of an issue. Despite adjusting the settings, it didn’t cool the room as expected, which made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. If not for this issue, I would have rated the stay a perfect 5. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel and would consider returning, but I hope the air conditioning issue is addressed for future stay.

Nice and cosy hotel. Feels very welcoming by the staff during check-in. Bed is very comfy and room is clean! Everything is perfect except for the sound proof. My room is a connecting room and I can hear the movement, the sound from bathroom next door. To make things worst, my neighbour was chatting on the phone for almost 2hours, it was very loud and almost causing me to have headache. Otherwise, it is a perfect, beautiful and reasonable price hotel!

overall was a smooth experience The front door service was friendly and help me for special requirements. Room was clean, powerful aircon. Only thing was that I booked queen size bed on Agoda but hotel gave me twin room and says all other room was full. Was upset because the twin bed cannot be moved to become one.
