Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy

The hotel is located at a convenient place with malls nearby. The room is comfortable although slightly dated. Their service was exceptional. My family stayed for 3 nights and we were well taken care of. I had to pay the hospital a visit during the stay and the staffs have extended great help, they went above and beyond to make sure my family feel comfortable and looked after. The front desk staff brought dinner to my daughter while I was rushed to the A&E. And other team members have provided high standard service throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and its staffs who have done an excellent job.

I stayed in this hotel a couple of times over the last years. Very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Located in a very nice area, right in the middle between the East Coast Park and on the other side a lot of restaurants. Very friendly staff.

Exceptional customer service on our early arrival. Female receptionist extremely helpful. Great choices for breakfast. All staff we met always friendly and courteous. Very comfortable room. Would recommend!
