Close to airport and room size decent. Staff was always friendly when approached. Chose this hotel as we wanted to visit the Singapore Wakeboard Park at East Coast Park multiple times during our visit. For other attractions we just used Grab and every time a car was available within 5 minutes.
We had a family of 9 and it was a seamless process. It’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities and the pool is divine. After a very long flight, the receptionist Akash was superb. He was very helpful and going above and beyond for our group. We will definitely be back.
Akash and Aria provided top-notch service during my recent stay. They were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this hotel, thanks to their excellent hospitality. They even provided me with a complimentary birthday cake as it was my birthday.
