Norliaa Yang Razali, is an outstanding service provider. She is pleasant and friendly. Her intonation was extremely polite while she gave some explanation on my transaction over the counter. She made me feel comfortable and calm. I was nervous with the idea of having to go for Blood Test. She was assuring. Also not to mentioned from blood sample taking to x-Ray, the entire process went smooth and quick.
I had a great experience for my medical check-up here. Norliaa and the manager at the branch were really helpful in going out of the way to clarify and verify admin matters. The flow of the checkup went smoothly too and the staff were kind.
The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. My experience was truly wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything to me so clearly and accurately.
