Had to visit health screening and take multiple vaccinations there. Saw Dr Tang who was very friendly and professional, helped me out with my immunisation schedule for school. Went back a couple of times and the Nurses attended to me to draw blood and give me vaccinations. They could recognise me and were friendly. They seem like a family when working together. I think the previous reviews were not very positive, but i think perhaps we have to adjust our expectations and also treat them with respect.
This time, all the staff I met were very professional and patient in helping me, which really touched me. It was a completely different feeling from previous physical examinations. I am very satisfied and happy.
Very patient, polite and efficient staff. Process was also smooth. Completed my check up in 30mins! Thumbs up for the staff.
