1st time visit experience is good. Took me 1hour from start to end of visit. On weekdys around 11am, with 6 patient infront of me.
Staff and Doc is nice. Comfortable waiting area. Using QR Queue system, very accurate when refresh webpage.
DrSiew Wai Leen was very nice. She doesn't make me feel like she has a time limit for each patient. She listened and shared some medical perspectives. I felt cared and really appreciate her gentle tone and genuine friendliness.
Dr Siew Wai Leen was amazing! She was very friendly and made me comfortable throughout the whole consultation. Thank you.
