I had a medical checkup at the Clementi clinic yesterday. I have nothing but praises to all staff. Every staff is very professional and courteous. They saw the older nurse went to the doctor a few times after my medical checkup to ensure the form was fully filled up. The doctor may have missed a few of the tiny check out boxes. I was treated very politely and courteously and also to all others throughout my time at the clinic. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Very caring doctor n nurses, in clementi clinic, friendly nurses, many advise from this doctor, can tell this doctor cares for every patient visit him Humble doctor.

Very friendly staff and speedy response too. Very gentle with the needle too. For health screening, you may consider coming after 10:30, there’s no queue.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior of two nursing staff during my recent visit. Three days earlier, the doctor had prescribed me medication for a runny nose. During this visit, I politely informed the nurses that I was still experiencing chest phlegm and wanted to ask the doctor whether I needed different medication. Instead of assisting me professionally, the two nurses made comments to each other, implying that I was acting like an "MBBS doctor." I found their remarks disrespectful and inappropriate. The nurses asked me to wait, and I did so patiently. However, they did not provide any update or assistance. After waiting for some time without any response, I approached another staff member, who kindly helped me speak to the doctor again. I also informed the doctor about the nurses' behavior, but my concern was not addressed. The doctor simply prescribed another medication without acknowledging the issue I had raised. I am disappointed by the attitude and lack of professionalism shown by the two nurses. Patients should be treated with respect and courtesy when they raise concerns about their health. I hope this matter will be investigated and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure better patient care in the future. - Govin Reply
