I had an appointment today at 11am. I registered in the app at 10.59am and arrived at 11.03am to a missed queue. Fortunately, my turn came again in about 10 minutes. The nurse in room 84 was kind and patient. Although I couldn’t pay by MediSave via the kiosk, I was able to do so at the counter with the help of some friendly people. Overall, I had a positive experience.
