I had an appointment today at 11am. I registered in the app at 10.59am and arrived at 11.03am to a missed queue. Fortunately, my turn came again in about 10 minutes. The nurse in room 84 was kind and patient. Although I couldn’t pay by MediSave via the kiosk, I was able to do so at the counter with the help of some friendly people. Overall, I had a positive experience.
Thank you Dr Andrew Tay for deciding swiftly to send my mom to nuh a&e immediately this morning! To the medical team, you guys rock! Thank you so much.
My experience with all facets and departments at Clementi Polyclinic have been excellent. Staff are efficient, courteous and helpful. Keep it up.
