The temple offers the spiritual needs of its devotees to enhance their practice of Hinduism while at the same time promoting spiritual growth. Sri Muneeswarar Temple adds moral values by interacting with society through social and cultural traditions. The priest does all kinds of prayers for the health and wealth of the people. The temple features colourful outer walls adorned with statuettes of Hindu deities from South Indian culture, while the interior features wooden doors leading to shrines dedicated to various deities and a wedding hall. Built in the Western Chalukya style (Gadag), the temple reflects both North and South Indian architectural influences.
