'Sri Vadapathira Kaliamman Temple' was started in 1830 with a single woman devotee. The temple's main deities are Sri Vinayakar, Muruga, and Ambaal. The Aadi Urchavam Festival's conclusion has been celebrating grandly in the temple with a bullock cart to the Sri Manmathan Temple and an Ambal procession.
