Ordered kopi gao siew dai. Very strong coffee taste. I like. Surprisingly crowded here at around 4.30pm on a Monday. The arrangement of tables is like school canteen - rectangular tables joined together. Round tables form the perimeter. There’s a giant fan and many smaller fans around, very cooling.
Teochew Fish Soup is a must eat here. Prices starts from $6 onwards depends on the type of fish you choose. Add $1.00 for a variety of sides as well.
Just beside, the Roasted Delight is also a must eat. The Roast Pork and Char Siew is well cooked and portion are also generous. Pair it with the Fish Soup, it will gives you a well deserved and satisfying lunch.
I think the fish soup stall is worth mentioning. Although price is slightly on the high side, the fish are fresh and soup has the umami taste. Worth eating it.
