However, after sharing with them my feedback, they were incredibly understanding and helped me tame my curls. Joel and the team really listened to my concerns, and I have to say, the difference was amazing! The curls now look so much better, and styling my hair is so much easier. I really appreciate how they took the time to make things right, it shows how much they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Now, I’m so happy with how my hair turned out!
