They listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered a perm and style that exceeded my expectations. My hair looks and feels amazing, and I’ve received so many compliments! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and friendly hairdresser.

Did my first ever highlights and keratin treatment at hairtag Salon — super happy with the outcome! The stylist was friendly, professional, and he always made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall for me their service are superb! Will definitely come again!

Just got my hair done and I’m super happy with the result! Alan was my hairstylist — very gentle and really good at explaining each step of the process. I felt comfortable the whole time, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving you the best result!

THE WORST HAIR SALON. RUDE. I TOLD THEM THE COLOUR WASNT BROWN AND HE PUSHED ME AND SAID LOOK CLOSER ITS BECAUSE OF THE LIGHTING. THE WORST EVER. I HAVE STAINS ON MY FACE AND ARMS BC THE WATER WAS SPLASHING ALL OVER WHILE WASHING. I CLEARLY SAID I WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND WAS JUST IGNORED. PLEASE DONT COME HERE. I don’t recommend this salon. Please save your money. ITS A SCAM I visited the Kallang Bahru Hairtag outlet and was served by a hairstylist named Alan, the guy that is bigger sized guy. I originally booked an appointment for hair rebonding, but I was told that my hair was too dry and could not undergo the treatment. Instead, I was advised to do a keratin treatment. However, the treatment seemed to consist of just one step of product application followed by blow-drying, and I was charged $159 for it. I personally felt that the service provided did not justify the price at all. What made me even more concerned was that after reading the reviews, I noticed that other customers had mentioned experiencing similar situations and tactics. I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. Please think twice before going, and don’t fall into the same situation I did. - Cheryl C Reply
